Who
I'm an entrepreneur who builds through product. A company is just a product with more moving parts.
I'm co-founder & Chief Product Officer at Gameball, a loyalty and customer-engagement platform used by thousands of brands to turn transactions into relationships. I lead product there: strategy, roadmap, and the team that ships it. Before Gameball I ran product at Dsquares and Tivarri.
My thing is the overlap: where business mechanics meet user behavior meet a little bit of play. Gamification isn't confetti. It's understanding why people return, and building a business on that.
And I build with AI in ways most people haven't tried yet. It's how one person ships what used to take a team: research, design, code, operations. I write about exactly how in the journal below.
